I must say that I just loved this challenge, items. I had the flowers here so I could add some extras. This one has bazzill cardstock as the background paper and the plum color, My Mind's Eye for the stripes, polka dot and the photo mat, American Cardstock for the swirls that were cut using Home Accents (aren't we proud, I used a cartridge!!). The butterfiles were cut using SCAL.

Oh that's pretty! I may have to scraplift this one too! lol
ReplyDeleteLove the butterflies.. Question.. do you put these beauties in a scrapbook? Do you use page protectors?
Yes, they do go into page protectors....they do very well. You definately need the spacers between pages or your book will BULGE!!
ReplyDeleteWow have to say that I'm very impressed, I really love what you did with the pearls and glitter on those beautiful butterflys---great job!!!!
ReplyDeleteMaking me wonder what challenge #5 will bring??? or are we swapping next? any ideas
ReplyDeleteIs everyone ready to swap? Natasha....how's your schedule for doing something like that?
ReplyDeleteOr do we prefer a valentine challenge? Everyone has kids and they will need valentines.
What are your thoughts?
I go for Valentine challenge... I like all the challenges... and I am going to be "joining in" with the "mail packages".. just as soon as I get some things together..
ReplyDeleteWell I'll have to see what the challenge is and how much I would have to do. I like the valentines idea, I just purchased some paper and stuff to do my DD's for preschool. Just let me know and hopefully whatever it is I can make time to be a part of it. I'm just so not used to studying and homework yet :(
ReplyDeleteIt will definately be used. I will post the challenge later this week. We need to finish Challenge #4. Those items were gorgeous Natasha...I just loved them!
ReplyDeleteI have 50 valentine treat bags to work on....25 for both Daria & Kyler. I have help though, Mommy will help me come up with the idea and help duplicate them. I'll do the cutting but she'll do alot of the gluing.
I'm doing sour cream containers for Katies class filled with valentine colored m&m's and going to do cards with stampin up sweet treat cups for her teachers and my son's teacher, I'm not sure if his class is doing valentines or not but if they are I'll prob. just let him purchase treats, it's harder to make valentines that are approved by him he doesn't like pink,lol...
ReplyDeleteMMmmmm Valentine colored M & M mmmmm
ReplyDeleteDo you girls need a little time to do your Valentine stuff for the kiddies ??? I could work on my little package to mail to you girls...??
Just an idea.. Let me know...
I guess I am lucky. DD is not in preschool yet so no kid Valentines for me. :) Next year should be fun. I am up for whatever everyone wants to do. And if you girls want me to head up the challenge I can take a week too. I have already been scouting Js and Ms for some stuff.
ReplyDeleteWendy, the colors in the layout are georgous. I may have to scraplift your layouts this week. Just one single picture. I am liking it. :)
